Fluvanna is trying to get certified for the Prison Rape Elmination Act. This must be stopped! The facility did not even do a rape kit when I got here after being recently sexually assaulted! They did not do an exam or take me to a hospital like they promised over and over. I filed emergency grievances and begged for help to no avail. Call the PREA offices and tell them this prison can NOT be certified as compliant. The number of sexual misconduct claims is astounding. The retaliation is terrible against me and others for this. Please help to stop further injustice at this prison!!!
