Fluvanna strikes again! They denied my lawyer, John Kiyonaga, access to the facility and to me after he drove 2.5 hours (each way) to see me yesterday. He had an affidavit to sign and the federal complaint we are filing against Virginia and Colorado DOC's for the utter abuse and deliberate indifference I have faced as well as an injunction for my release.
Today they had me sign the affidavit and get it notarized and they refused to allow me to keep MY COPY of the complaint. I am being housed in the Infirmary at FCCW prison due to medical team here dropping the ball on my meds. My face, chest, arms, and legs all have rash on them, some that go layers deep as they have become Lupus sores. My whole body is on fire and my joints feel like I am 150-years-old with degenerative arthritis. They will not give me anything for pain or for the sores. My skin is flaking off in spots. They just simply do not care.
The most shocking part is they STILL DO NOT have my medications correct and back on board. There are THREE. Only three medications determine whether I live or die and live without pain and they stopped giving me two of the three and I spiraled. Plaquenil or Hydroxychloroquine takes up to a year to get back into your system to be fully effective, so I have a long road ahead because of Fluvanna's finest.
Pray for my children and me please. I need to get to my doctors and get to my kids. That is all I have in my sights; my love for my three beautiful children who were cruelly stripped from my life and getting back to them!
