I got paperwork back from Colorado indicating Governor Polis is looking into my case. I think he will be quite shocked to find what Jefferson County did and that the conflict with Alexis King was so obvious and undisclosed. The witness statements are being put onto the website for your reading pleasure.

FINALLY! People are coming out of the cracks who were afraid to speak before. The truth is coming out just as I said it would. The habeas petition was filed last week (viewable on the website) and cites five reasons my convictions and imprisonment are invalid. Any judge should find that court filing very disturbing.

We are adding a supplement about puncturing my chest wall last week trying to access my port here at Fluvanna. The FCCW nurse literally went into my chest wall instead of the port and then man-handled the port because he could not get blood and dislodged the port right from my chest wall, OUCH! You can not make this stuff up. It really and truly happens.
